
Ever wondered what really makes a healthy diet? In Food Nutrition and Health you will learn the basic concepts of nutrition as well as how to follow a diet that will protect you from health issues.
Students will:
Gain a understanding of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle
Learn the basic chemistry of nutrients
Know the metabolism and how food is utilized for energy
Stay on a detoxing and cleansing diet for the duration of their stay
Students can also take part in various health and wellness sessions, including yoga, pilates and detoxing spa treatments.

This course will study the surrounding natural environment including both land and water eco-systems and look into natural resources and resource management, including freshwater management.
Students will:
Explore and learn about nature through watching nature in action
Explore and learn skills through being active
Develop bush awareness and skills
Develop team participation and spirit – learn to work together constructively
Experience personal development and set goals

Hardcastle provides instructors who will encourage students to explore their potential and develop their skills and confidence in a positive environment. This gives students a chance to have fun and take a break from technological overload.
